Any exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Store credit must be used within 6 months of issue. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact.

• Make sure item you are returning has been delivered within the past 14 days
• Please ensure the item is unworn & clean with labels attached and in a sellable condition
• Return postage is at your expense. Make sure your order is sent via secure methods of post,as we cannot offer any reimbursement until we have received the items.

• Once the item/s have been received on this end, we will email you your credit note code which is then valid for 12months – we will send you this code via email

THINGS TO NOTE IF RETURNING

• We cannot offer refunds unless the item is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, if this is the case please let us know either in your return email
