Who will deliver my order?

We dispatch your orders using Australia Post & Courier Services usually within 24 hours of receiving orders, except for weekends or public holidays. In the case of unusual delays, you can trust that we are on it! Please let us know if you can only receive deliveries by Aust. Post before we send your order.

Is there tracking available?

Our shipping includes online tracking.  Delivery times may be longer for rural areas or W.A. residents.

What happens if I'm not home?

If there is nobody present, a card should be left by the delivery driver advising you where to pick up your item from, however we stress to keep an eye on your tracking in case the card is misplaced or forgotten.

It's been a while, and no sign of my order. What do I do?

If you have not received your order within 10 business days (2 weeks), please check your tracking online before contacting us for lost items using your tracking number provided in your fulfilment email. If your tracking says your order has been delivered, yet you haven’t received it, contact the delivery service we used to ship your order straight away with your tracking number to follow up. They may advise you either to contact us, or lodge a claim with them.

What does 'local pick up' mean as a shipping option?

    This option is for Moree residents or visitors, so they can pick up their order in store.  Orders with this shipping option aren’t shipped to addresses and a $5 handling fee is added to any orders that need to be manually processed for shipment. 



    Can I pick up my order from your store ?

    You can pick up your order from our store in Moree.  Please choose 'local pick up' at checkout as your shipping option. Wait for us to notify you that your order is ready for pick up and pop in to see us! Don’t forget our opening hours!

    Do you offer same day delivery?
      YES! Orders must be received by 10.30am of day of pick up and delivery.  
      Please ensure someone is home to receive your order, as costs my result for return to TFS and redelivery by the courier company.

        We stress that it is up to you, the customer, to ensure all your details are submitted correctly when placing your order.  As we process our orders via an automated system, any errors when submitting your details may result in your order being sent incorrectly.  
        Please check your order confirmation and contact us as soon as possible to adjust errors before the shipping process begins.
        Purchasing from us indicates that you understand and agree to the risk of purchasing online which can be; the risks of orders not arriving by the estimated delivery times, or the unusual circumstances of an order being misplaced during the delivery process.  We will take all steps possible to assist with missing deliveries, however we do not refund or credit for orders if they have been addressed as indicated on your order and are found missing in the delivery process once they have left Auburn Cottage. 
        Please contact us if you wish us to include insurance for the cost of your order. This may incur a further cost, but peace of mind that you will be financially reimbursed once an inquiry has been completed with the courier company.
        We take false chargebacks very seriously and if a claim is found to be false or fraudulent, the case is promptly reported to the Australian Federal Police Cybercrime Department to follow up on our behalf.
