L'Essentiel BOTANICS - Paint Me Pretty Wokshop
So I think I should be called the travelling workshop lady..
Saturday the 10th of Feb was spent travelling 200km away to a small town on the NSW & QLD border "Boggabilla", where I was met by 8 wonderful ladies ready to participate in my L'Essentiel BOTANICS paint me pretty workshop.
It was my first workshop using this range I stock hence why I was petty excited to share.
I love this range - an eco friendly, NO VOC and NO NASTIES chalky paint range, it goes on like liquid gold, its forgiving and has brilliant coverage. It's easy enough to shabby or achieve a modern finish, versatile paint you could say.
I think the highlight of the day was tackling the plate rack you will see in the video, man on man that was challenge, the dowel didn't come out so trying to achieve a two toned look was hard to say the least, I offered one of my bent cling on brushes, I had not used one before so again a day of firsts haha , but she worked a treat, it was perfect to manoeuvre around the dowel and paint the back of the rack.
It truly was a great day meeting new people and watching the transformations, thank you to Boggabilla Central School for providing such a wonderful venue xx
